Size 14" x 6" Decorative custom bias welt
trim 2 - layers of very full hand-gathered ruffles.
End caps are decoratively finished with the coordinate
fabric and imported double-face satin ribbon ties.
Inside of each end-cap is also finished with the coordinate
fabric so the pillow insert is not visible. Care Fabrics
are premium 100% decorator weight cotton with a soil
and stain repellant finish. Spot clean as required.
